a Rafflecopter giveaway

Hey there!  I am super excited to announce that for the month of September am I partnering with two other fabulous authors of thriller/mysteries for a Rafflecopter giveaway.

Angel Sefer is the talented and best selling author of the Greek Isles series and the fourth book in that series, Dark Shadows of the Past is a gripping story that features mystery murder and of course romance.  One of my favorite parts of this book is that it is set in Greece.  I mean, what could make a great story full of mystery, romance and intrigue, even better?...the fact that it takes place in one of the most AMAZING places on the planet (I have been to Greece and a couple Greek Islands so I know this for a fact).  Not only does Angel weave a captivating and suspenseful story, she is also able to make the reader feel like they are actually in those fabulous places with her characters.  This is a great read that will make you want to travel to Greece as well as pick up Angel's next book.

A Palette for Murder is an exceptional novel from the wonderful writer, Vanessa A. Ryan.  The protagonist, Lana Davis, works for an insurance company and her assignment is to find the missing beneficiary to a large life insurance policy.  Not only does she have to solve a missing person case, she has to make sure she doesn't end up dead as well.  Sound like an episode of Dateline Real Life Mysteries?  It totally could be, only this is better because you get to take a well written story and let your imagination run wild with it.

The final book is of course, Trigger.  I often tell people that if you liked the Bourne Identity or the Beach you will like this book. It has a story that draws you in and a strong female lead that you can relate to, admire, and root for.  Exotic locations across Europe, a handsome American backpacker, a dashing Italian cop and deadly situations all come together to create a story that will keep you reading late into the evening.  Even now, I get excited thinking about the plot and I know how it ends!

If you want a chance at a free book then click on this link for a Rafflecopter giveaway.  It is quick and easy to enter so go for it.

If you don't win, or even if you do, I strongly urge you to check out all three books, you won't be sorry.

So, I will admit it has been a while since my last author post...and I am not one to make excuses, but...I did sort of have a baby and am still working full time and am working on my second book so I have been just a tiny bit busy.  However, I am going to get into the habit of posting on here, afterall, I LOVE to talk/write so that is what I need to be doing whenever I can!

It has been so exciting to see Trigger get published and to hear what people think about it.  The day that I held the first copy in my hand was so thrilling.  My friend is actually married to the local UPS driver and she made sure he stopped at my work first, even though we are normally a stop he makes later in the day.  When he walked into the lobby I couldn't help it, I started hopping.  I don't know if you have ever seen a woman who is 8 months pregnant hopping with in delight as she giggles with glee, but I am told it was quite a sight.  My book was published on December 9th and my daughter was born on December 22, almost 3 full weeks early so it was an incredible month and a crazy way to end the year.

Now my kid is crawling and standing and desperate to walk while I am desperate for her to sleep regularly through the night.  I have had some amazing experiences with her and have some great ideas for a new book all about my interesting journey to motherhood...more on that later.

I will be back with more later and I can't wait to share Trapped with you all!
